A loving Touch in Senior Care is a referral registry that has trained and professional caregivers that clients hire directly. We offer services from in home care and companionship to hospice level care, as determined between caregiver and client. Judy, the owner of the agency, has a sterling reputation and attracts some of the finest and best-trained caregivers in the area. We service areas from Clark County to the Portland Metro area, and as far south as Salem.
